Kiln Shell Scanning System
Kiln shell infrared scanning system is an infrared line scanner system purposely designed for rotary kiln shell temperature monitoring application. This system enables accurate non-contact kiln shell temperature monitoring, lining and coating thickness evaluation and live-ring migration.
It uses infrared sensor to check the temperature continuously of all areas of a kiln to create a thermal profile of the kiln. lts a complete solution for kiln shell monitoring. Our infrared scanning system defines a new generation of infrared measuring technology based on WINDOWS operating system.
This system is used for cement rotary kiln Alumina furnace, lime furnace, pelleting furnace and chemical fertilizer furnace. -
Visual Infrared Pyrometer System
This system combines video camera and high-speed infrared scanner system, with full direction network PTZ, it will monitor a motionless object or mobile object at a big area all days.
Typical application is using in rotary kiln , to monitor its shell temperature, surface condition and temperature field distribution for coal storage yard. In the meanwhile, the video camera will provide real time images to help operators find where is the monitored or damaged point, thus, they can make a quick responses.
By this system, users can reduce their lost very effectively. And the 3D software will simulate coal field condition, setting temperature alarm to control the spray, to realize high temperature measurement and fight automatically, a real man-less operation.

Tricolor Camera Pyrometer System
Tricolor temperature measurement technology is based on the visual wavelength of red, green, blue, which can be received by color CCD, the ratio solve method. It belongs to two color range essentially.
The method not only has the characteristics of simple, a normal two color calibration. But also, radiation image can be shown under different wavelength, but the same color image. Thus, it is avoid the difficult of getting a radiation image under different wavelength but the same burning material.
So the double cylinder actuator system is quite suitable for some high sealed requirement condition, like blast furnace. -

Cold And Hot Metal Detector
Red light metal detector is mainly used in metallurgical production line. It can detect cold and hot metal, output control switch signal(contact or level signal), and achieve automatic switch control function.
This metal detector use high brightness red light semiconductor light emitting device as light source. After being modulated, it will emit a beam of paralleled red light. When received by photosensitive tube, It will be magnified, and then output a switch signal.
It is very convenient for installation and debugging, very suitable for using in high temperature and humid environment. When is environment temperature is below 80℃, we suggest you to use FSB-2 reflector. When the environment temperature is above 80℃, we suggest you to use FSB-1 reflector. -

Imaging through target object is the principle of this digital displayed loop scanner. This scanner can measure object temperature to 650℃.
